IRON MAN 2 TRAILER

ROBERT DOWNEY JR is back for more Iron Man. This trailer is trying very hard to look similar to "THE DARK KNIGHT." Either way it still looks fantastic. The cast this time around, is much better than in the first film. Don Cheadle replaces Terrance Howard because of money issues. The bad guys are played by Mickey Rourke, the amazing Sam Rockwell and Scarlett Johansson. Rounding out the cast is Gwenyth Paltrow and probably a cameo by director Jon Favreau. Enjoy the trailer.

13. Uma Thurman from "Pulp Fiction" (This outfit is easy and you have an excuse to dance all night. Plus guys will think it's hot that you actually thought of something cool instead of that slutty whatever that your friend has been for 6 years in a row)

12. Ben Stiller from "Dodgeball"

11. Ben Stiller from "Royal Tenenbaums" (I'm starting to think Ben Stiller only takes rolls that will eventually be Halloween costumes.

500 Days of Summer RS Review

After watching the best film of summer, I realized I wasn't sure how to sell people on watching it. I found this review at Rollingstone.com and thought it really captured everything great about the film. Enjoy.

Boy meets girl, boy loses girl. It’s been done to emo death. That’s why the sublimely smart-sexy-joyful-sad (500) Days of Summer hits you like a blast of pure romantic oxygen. It turns the genre on its empty head and sees relationships for what they are — a bruising business. Someone’s heart always gets ripped out. Meet Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt, letting his charm flag fly), a would-be architect idling in L.A. as a writer of greeting cards. In strolls his boss’s new assistant, Summer (the glorious Zooey Deschanel), and Tom’s a goner. For her, prizing independence, their affair is a lark. For him, raised on sappy Brit pop and a total misreading of The Graduate (he thinks the ending is happy), it’s love. So when she walks away, firmly but with kindness, you feel the pain, the kind that evaporates quickly only on sitcoms.

Marc Webb is a debuting feature director with style to burn. With a seriously funny and touching script by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, the movie spins a variation on Memento, shuffling through Tom’s 500 days with Summer in a random order that lets us see the fun times and the fault lines. A gimmick? Maybe. But Deschanel and Gordon- Levitt are star-crossed lovers to die for. They play it for real, with a grasp of subtlety and feeling that goes beyond the call of breezy duty.

This knockout of a movie expertly blends bliss (a dance number complete with an animated blue jay after Tom spends his first night in bed with Summer) and the blues (a split-screen segment in which Tom’s expectation of winning back Summer clashes with reality). The ending is tidy and way too cute, but (500) Days is otherwise a different kind of love story: an honest one that takes a piece out of you.

"The Informant" Trailer

The latest collaboration between Matt Damon and Steven Soderbergh (Traffic, Ocean’s trilogy) is the political comedy/thriller entitled The Informant!, that (according to the poster and the trailer) comes equipped with its very own exclamation point. Based on a true story, the plot is of a company vice president-turned informant, Mark Whitacre (Damon), who helps the FBI to take down the company he works for that’s being accused of pricing-fixing tactics. Check out the poster and trailer for the film that is sure to get great reviews and produce Oscar buzz (now that up to 10 movies will be nominated for Best Picture).

WEEDS mid-season review.

Nancy Botwin is in over her head more than ever this season. Her boyfriend is only keeping her alive because she's pregnant with his offspring. She told the FBI about his smuggling of drugs/people through tunnels and that ruined any trust the once head. Shane (15) is beating up his teacher and using a gun. Her oldest son is opening his own medical marijuana center. Andy is finally growing up and not letting Nancy do everything for him. This season has brought back the comedy that the show lost last season. Kevin Nealon and Elizabeth Perkins are brining the laughs in full force this season. The season has added Nancy's sister played by Jennifer Jason Leigh with great angst and humor. This seasons' every episode feels like Nancy could die at any moment. It would be terrible if they killed the most lovable drug dealing mom in Television history. If you stopped watching last season, please start up again with the most enjoyable episodes of 'Weeds' since season 2. Nancy has lost control of everyone around her and it's great watching her struggle. "Weeds" can be seen on Showtime, Monday's at 10pm followed by the very fresh show "Nurse Jackie."

Song of the Week: The Kills- Sour Cherry

The Kills bring a terrific song and beat together for their new single "Sour Cherry." Check out the unofficial video below and enjoy your week.

BRUNO Review

Sacha Baron Cohen film reveals that there is no limit to his dedication to shock. The film is less about making fun of homosexuals and more about pointing out the intolerances of others. Bruno is more in your face than Cohen's 'Borat' character. The film doesn't have the funny sidekick of his last movie but unlike 'Borat', 'Bruno' doesn't need one. 'Bruno' is only 82 minutes but it doesn't have a moment without something hilariously offensive happening on screen. It's very funny and you've seen a lot in the trailer, but you have no idea about how graphic the film really is.
'Borat' was more family friendly and 'Bruno' is more for an age group of 20-40 that is very open to sexual humor. The adoption of an African American baby is one of the movies' least shocking moments. Without giving anything away 'Bruno' is hilarious and moves very quickly through it's scenes. A particular scene during the focus groups stint is perhaps what will stay with you after it's over. Larry Charles (Seinfeld, Borat) does a great job of not staying too long on any one scene. 'Bruno' might not be as funny as 'Borat' but definitely stands alone as a great comedy. With the past month being the one of the worst summer months in years, 'Bruno' is worth the price of admission. Check it out and appreciate the sacrifices Cohen makes to keep you laughing.

Coeur De Pirate - Fondu Au Noir

I came across this song while scanning hundreds of songs over the weekend. I don't speak French but there is something haunting about the opening and closing piano. I have a 'French for Dummies' book and want to learn just so I can fully understand the meaning of this song. Please give it a listen and enjoy this beautifully tragic tune.

Invention of Lying Trailer

One of the smartest comedic scripts in years is finally coming out this fall. From a screenplay written by Ricky Gervais comes a great premise, centered around a world where everyone tells the truth and one loser discovers the act of lying. The all-star cast includes Jennifer Garner, Tina Fey, Louis C.K., Rob Lowe and Jonah Hill. The original title was "The Other Side of the Truth," I prefer the original title but studios always have their ways. Check out the trailer and post some feedback.

Inglorious Basterds Trailer

I have been talking about this movie a lot in the blog as of late. Maybe it's because this summer has only produced 5 movies worth watching. (Star Trek, Drag Me To Hell, The Hangover, Up and 500 Days of Summer) I really think this movie can be something fun for everyone. Okay, maybe not children but adults looking for some funny dialogue and violence. Check out the trailer. The film is directed by Quentin Tarrantino and stars Brad Pitt.

Muse - Feeling Good

After listening to all of Muse's albums, I was surprised to find that I had never really listened to this song. "Feeling Good" is a cover that Muse put on their 2001 album "The Origin of Symmetry." The song is classic Muse and is haunting with it's great guitar and piano. Take a listen with the video underneath. Muse's new album "The Resistance" will be released this September. By far the most anticipated album of the year.

New Italian "Inglorious Basterds" Poster

If you are a QT fan than you have to be excited about this August's "Inglorious Basterds." The spelling still confuses me but maybe it will be explained in the movie. After a summer that has only given us 3 great movies (Hangover, Star Trek and Drag Me To Hell) through June, I hope July and this film in August can turn it around. Finally Brad Pitt and Quentin reunite after "True Romance" when QT only wrote the script. This movie is going to be very violent and by the looks of the reviews from CANNES very fun. Brad Pitt is the only real star in the film but QT has a way of brining out the best in character actors. If you haven't guessed by now QT is Quentin Tarantino. Check out the poster for yourselves.

Summer of The Hangover

'The Hangover' has taken Hollywood by storm to become the most profitable film this summer. The Todd Phillips comedy has scored two straight weekends at the number 1. What is it about this movie that is making customers come back for more.? Answer: It's a great movie in a summer filled with disappointing sequels and reboots. 'The Hangover' is an original comedy that doesn't have any real movie stars. Don't take my word for it check out the numbers on movies not reaching their expectations and causing studio executives to scratch their heads.

Angels and Demons
Budget: $150 Million
Actual Earned: $123 Million

Terminator Salvation:
Budget: $200 Million
Actual Earned: $113 Million

Land of the Lost
Budget: $100 Million
Actual Earned: $34 Million

Imagine That
Budget: $55 Million
Actual Earned: $5 Million

The Hangover
Budget: $35 Million
Actual Earned: $105 Million

Maybe it's time to stop rebooting and making sequels? Perhaps studios should stop giving Eddie Murphy and Will Ferrell $20 Million a moive until they produce a hit? With next week not providing a guaranteed hit, look for 'The Hangover' and 'Up' to keep up the big money. For now enjoy the music video for 'Stu's Song.'

The Limousines - Very Busy People (Song)

Every summer a song comes along that will take over the radio and make a generation feel like, "this song is about me." I normally see them from a mile away and this summer is no different. It hasn't gotten much radio play yet, but I'm sure someone at KROQ or MTV will find this soon and make us all regret ever liking it. Just like MGMT last year with 'Time to Pretend.' The Limousines- 'Very Busy People' is that song. The band doesn't even have a music video yet because they're record company probably doesn't know what they have yet. Check it out and listen again. You might find that you love this song as much as I do.

Jay Leno's final show

For 17 years one man has kept 'The Tonight Show' at the top of it's game. Mr. Jay Leno. This man has led the most successful late night talk show since most of us were children and it's said that no one works harder in Hollywood than Leno. On June 1st, the reigns will be passed down to Conan O'Brien. His sketches varied from 'Headlines' to 'JayWalking.' I personally think Conan will be the best host of all-time but let's give credit to the man that has owned late night for that past two decades. Although Jay Leno will now own the 10pm prime-time spot on NBC. Respectfully Jay Leno's final guest is Conan O'Brien. Even if you're not a fan please check out the great last episode.

THE GOODS (TRAILER)

Jeremy Piven finally gets the lead role in a funny movie! I know what you're thinking, "What about PCU?", my response "What about it?" This movie has a funny cast of supporting actors that should make this a movie that's fun to watch. The summer is only offering two good comedies with "The Hangover" and "Funny People." Maybe "The Goods" will be number 3 on that list. Enjoy the red band trailer.

Sherlock Holmes Trailer

I think casting Robert Downey Jr in anything is a great idea. "Iron Man" finally gave him the stardom he was destined for and now you can all appreciate him. The film takes place in London following the great investigator Sherlock Holmes. Guy (Lock Stock, Snatch) Ritchie directs a big budget film for the first time in his career. We still have 7 months before this comes out but I think it will be very good. Jude Law (Gattaca, Talented Mr. Ripley) has always been better in films where he can thrive in a supporting role. Rachel McAdams (Wedding Crashers, State of Play) can hold her own when it comes to working with strong leading men.
Enjoy the trailer and leave your comments below.

Guess "WHO'S" Cancelled and Who's Not!

May is always one of the hardest months to bare if you're a fan of scripted television. You're favorite shows are going on summer hiatus and the destiny of them lies in the hands of the networks execs. The recession has execs questioning every episode of the programs they put on the air. Just to get out of the way the list of great shows that will be coming back next fall.

30 Rock
The Office
How I Met Your Mother
Parks and Recreations
and
Lost

I would just like to thank the executives for not canceling the only reason to watch network television anymore. In case you were wondering reality shows are never cancelled they just go away and if you are one of the people that constantly watch them, don't worry something will take it's place.Programs on HBO and Showtime aren't decided on in May. Now moving on to shows that bit the bullet and were renewed.NBC's fan favorite "CHUCK" is picked up for 13 more episodes but will unfortunately suffer budget cuts. Scrubs is also renewed by ABC after being brought over from the peacock network.

Now moving on to shows that won't be with us next fall.
King of the Hill (will finally be gone)
Terminator: Sarah Conor Chronicles (much better in movie form)
Knight Rider (Thank goodness)
Prison Break (How many times can they break out... Once right)
Samantha Who? ( Never got around to watching it)

A few shows are still up in the air at this time.
One show I hope they save is "My Name is Earl." It's rumored to be picked up by FOX if and when NBC passes.

WARNING: AMC Theatres are running FAKE IMAX's and charging $5 extra for a slightly bigger screen. Boycott IMAX, AMC and Regal.

This is reposted from Aziz Ansari

I went with a friend of mine to see Star Trek: The IMAX Experience at the AMC Theatre in Burbank today. I drove out of my way to see the film on the large IMAX screen and paid an extra $5 for the ticket, which felt worth it at the time.

HOWEVER, we get in the theatre and its just a slightly bigger than normal screen and NOT the usual standard huge 72 ft IMAX screen. I was very upset and apparently this problem is happening all over at Regal and AMC theatres. Here’s a graphic representation of what’s happening at these “FAKE IMAX” screens:

you don’t want the whole long story, I did some research online and found this article that explains it. Basically IMAX is whoring out their brand name and trying to trick people. These new “IMAX” theatres are really just nice digital screens with good sound, but they ARE NOT IMAX, in that they don’t have the huge 72 ft gigantic screen which people would expect. However, they still charge $5 more for tickets as they would for the regular IMAX.

REGAL, AMC, AND IMAX - YOU ARE LIARS!

Boycott them. Fuck them for taking advantage of people and charging them $5 extra. If you’re in LA, go to the Arclight from now on, and fuck the IMAX screens (fake and real).

Some people at Regal and AMC both wanted to call these screens IMAX Digital so as to differentiate it somehow from the giant IMAX screens people are used to associating with the name IMAX. Apparently IMAX doesn’t see anything wrong with duping customers like this and insisted on simply keeping it as IMAX. Well, I have a better term how about - “BULLSHIT IMAX.” Cause that’s what it is.

According to this piece, IMAX CEO, Richard Gelfond said the company only puts IMAX digital systems into multiplex auditoriums that meet certain criteria. He jokingly said, “It’s a very scientific test. It’s called the ‘wow’ factor. So if you don’t go in and go ‘wow,’ we won’t do it.” HAHAHA! REALLY FUNNY RICHARD!!!! What happens if I go in the theatre and go “This isn’t a fucking IMAX screen, I just got ripped off for $5!!” Do I get my money back?

At the AMC theatre this was my experience at guest services:

Aziz: Yes, I’d like my $5 back. I paid $5 extra for an IMAX screen and that’s not nearly as big as what I have known IMAX to be.
Guest Services: I can’t sir. Its IMAX quality picture and sound.
Aziz: But the screen isn’t big, that’s the whole reason I pay $5 more for IMAX.
Guest Services: Well sir, you watched the whole movie, you could have come out and we could have given you tickets to a different one.
Aziz: Why would I do that? I’d leave Star Trek, the movie I wanted to see and you’d give me a ticket for Ghosts of Girlfriends Past? Oh yeah that’s fair! No, you need to give me the $5 back, its the principle of it. Can I see a manager?

Manager: Sir, we can’t refund the money, you saw the whole film.
Aziz: I don’t want $15, I just want $5 cause AMC lied about IMAX.
Manager: Sir, I can give you popcorn and a drink.
Aziz: I don’t want to go home and drink a nasty soda and eat nasty ass popcorn. I want my $5 back. Its not about the money, its the principle of the matter, ITS NOT IMAX.
Manager: Sorry, I can’t do anything.
Aziz: You know what Twitter is? I have 25,000 followers, I’m tell 25,000 people you run fake IMAX’s and that they should boycott AMC.
Manager: I don’t really care sir.
Aziz: Yeah, I wouldn’t care either if I worked here, but you know you are in the wrong! You should give me $5!!
Manager: SIR, I CAN GIVE YOU POPCORN AND A SODA.
Aziz: I DON’T LIKE POPCORN AND I DON’T LIKE SODA, I WANT MY $5!!!
Manager: Ok here’s two free passes.

UPDATE: In addition to this terrible tragedy, there are also terrible things going on in Darfur. Please Google around for more info on how to help there.

Box Office Analysis

Star Trek opened above expectations over the weekend. J.J. Abrams new take on the "old" classic proved to be a great move for himself and the studio. The film explored the origins on Capt. Kirk and Spock in the vein of "Batman Begins" and "Casino Royale."
Star Trek grossed $75.2 million dollars over the weekend on 3,800 screens. Although it didn't match "Wolverine's" $85 Million opening, it will surely surpass it in the long run. Star Trek earned a rotten tomatoes score of 95% fresh while Wolverine came in at 36 % rotten. Wolverine dropped off 69% in just it's second weekend for $26.4 million. Next week brings on the new Tom Hanks/Ron Howard collaboration "Angels and Demons." I believe Star Trek will remain on top of the charts because of the fantastic word-of-mouth that it's receiving. Here's the top 10 for May8-May10.

1. Star Trek $75.2 Million
2. Wolverine $26.4 Million
3. Ghost of Girlfriends Past $10.25Million
4. Obsessed $6.5 Million
5. 17 Again $4.23 Million
6. Next Day Air $4.1 Million
7. The Soloist $3.9 Million
8. Monsters vs Aliens $3.2 Million
9. Earth $2.66 Million
10. Hannah Montana Movie $2.19 Million

Bad Movies, Make Good Money!

Has the American moviegoer lost his/her mind. These big studios are producing crap and you are eating it up. Let's talk about Box Office Numbers in the month of April.

FAST AND FURIOUS
B.O.Opening Weekend: $71 Million
Rotten Tomatoes Score: 27%
17 AGAIN
B.O.Opening Weekend: $24 Million
Rotten Tomatoes Score: 54%
OBSESSED
B.O. Opening Weekend: $28 Million
Rotten Tomatoes: 32%

The numbers don't lie, people are spending their money on terrible films. "Fast and Furious," I get it they took a couple of "The's" out of the title and they make you think something is different this time around. "17 Again," Zac Efron in a "Freaky Friday/Big" type formula that won't die."Obsessed" surprised me the most because of the lack of star power. Ali Larter most known for "Heroes"and the amazing Idris Elba "who gave The Wire intelligence and class," headline the film. The film received poor reviews and Peter Travers called it "crazy-ass awful." So why did this film make $28 Million coming out of the gate. Was it the 30 second TV spots that highlights the inevitable cat fight in the film? Was it Beyonce's star power? Doubtful because Cadillac Records made about two quarters. My opinion is that people are going to the movies knowing exactly what they are going to get. Fast and Furious gives people; fast cars, half naked women and an explosion or two. 17 Again, gives you Zac Efron doing a few age jokes and Matthew Perry for about 10 minutes. Which leads us to "Obsessed," basically a cat fight at the end. With ticket prices reaching $12, people aren't willing to be surprised or moved by a film anymore. During Oscar season people were passing on films like "The Wrestler" and "Frost/Nixon" for "Paul Blart:Mall Cop." There is no explaining it. Films like "The Soloist" and "State of Play" with superb acting are getting edged out by movies whose depths are reached in the TV commercials. With Summer upon us I hope to see some good movies on their way. I think "Star Trek" and "Terminator Salvation" will impress while "Wolverine" will disappoint.

New NINJA TURTLES Revamp!

If you're anything like me than the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", were a big deal when you were a kid. You had the toys, you hated shredder and the movies were replayed over and over at your house on the weekends. 2007 gave you an animated version of TMNT, that didn't do it for most fans. Now, I know it's only been a few years but since Hollywood has run out of original ideas, it's time for a new version. This time our beloved Turtles will be live-action and hoping to guarantee a franchise. I am excited about this and hope they case someone great to be the Shredder and Splinter. I hope you are as excited as I am.

Other Hollywood revamps and remakes on the way.
Clash of the Titans (Neeson vs Fiennes)
Nightmare on Elm Street
Straw Dogs
Superman
Fantastic Four ( I know right)
and wait for it..... The Karate Kid starring Jackie Chan (not as the kid)

500 Days of Summer Trailer

Hey guys if you haven't heard "500 Days of Summer," is the new movie starring Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. It received the best reviews at the Sundance Film Festival and immediately was purchased by Fox Searchlight. The film looks great both performance wise and visually. "Summer" is going to be showing at the Newport Beach Film Festival on the their closing night April 30th. Purchase your tickets before they run out at
http://newportbeach.bside.com/2009/films/500daysofsummer_newportbeach2009
Or wait until July 17th, which is quite a long time to wait for a movie this good.
Without further ado, here is the trailer.

Jamie Foxx Rips on Miley Cyrus.

Jamie Foxx is on a publicity tour for his new movie "The Soloist," and took some time out of his day to rant about Miley Cyrus. Foxx has always been very funny and this time it's better than usual. I don't understand why some people will feel sorry for Miley, when she's just another celebrity making crappy movies and music. Go see THE SOLOIST in theaters April 24th.

MARCH 9-15

The month of march is famous for it's beloved NCAA basketball tournament. Like everyone else I will be filling out my brackets but as far as entertainment goes, here's a list of what you should be checking out.
Week March 9-15
If you haven't seen "WATCHMEN" then get off of your ass and run to your nearest multiplex.
Maybe you don't have the time or money to hit the theatres, then feel good about whats coming out on video this week.
March 10 brings the DVD releases of 3 very different and well made films.

1)Role Models - Paul Rudd finally gets a chance to be the lead role in a comedy that delivers tons of laughs. If you missed this in the theatres, prepare to laugh your ass off at home.

2) Milk - Sean Penn gives an ACADEMY AWARD winning performance as Harvey Milk. The film has a very gritty and authentic look thanks to 2-time Oscar nominated director Gus Van Sant. The film also features great performances from James Franco and Josh Brolin.
3) Rachel Getting Married- Anne Hathaway shines as troubled drug-addicted sister that gets out of rehab for a weekend to attend her sister's wedding. The film has a suprisingly powerful performance from Debra Winger (Terms of Endermeant).

And as far as music goes check out Pandora.com that will allow you to enter an artist that you like and it will create a radio playlist of similar artists. It's a great way to check out new music.

Hope you have a great week.

TERMINATOR SALVATION TRAILER #3

When I heard Christian Bale was going to relaunch the Terminator series, I was excited. Then some bad publicity happened and people became skeptical about how the finished product would be received. After watching this trailer there is no more doubts in my mind about how awesome this movie looks. Keep in mind that the co-writer of "The Dark Knight" (Jonathon Nolan) helmed this script as well. See for yourself the new Terminator:Salvation trailer here at encellentertainment.blogspot.com

MUSIC DVD OF THE WEEK: MUSE LIVE AT THE WEMBLEY

Muse is one of the most innovative and important bands making music today. I ran across a few performances from their show the Wembley in 2007 and couldn't believe how well this was all put together. Supermassive Blackhole for your viewing please. Google Muse Live at Wembley or go out and buy the DVD on Amazon for more!

Delocated!

Here's a great new show from Adult Swim. I watched this online and immediately fell in love. This is part 2 of the 12 minute pilot. To fill you in Jon and his family have been moved to New York in the witness protection program. A television network has decided to make a reality show about his witness protection experience. A treat for you is at the end with a special guest star. (HINT) His name rhymes with Rupaul Trudd.

BEST MOVIE OF 2009

I read this script a month ago and was lucky enough to watch these comedians do a live show. "A Night of FUNNY PEOPLE," was a charity event that allowed Sandler, Rogen and Aziz Ansari a chance to do stand up in front of all of us. It was brilliant. The script is one of the funniest I have ever read. You will love this movie just like the first 2 movies Judd Apatow directed. "Knocked Up" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" will forever stay in your memory and this will probably be more successful than both. Enjoy the trailer.

GREAT FAMILY GUY CLIP FROM LAST WEEK

Nicolas Cage has an Oscar!

It's Oscar season and Nicolas Cage didn't do shit worth remembering last year. I came across this collection of terribly wonderful scenes from "The Wicker Man." I didn't want anything to do with this movie, BUT NOW!

hahahhahah he got paid for this. For punching 2 women in the face and screaming at children. Cage for President '12

Joaquin Phoenix is crazy!

Joaquin Phoenix has been in the news lately about leaving acting to pursue a music career. After "Walk The Line," there isn't a question of his musical talents but upon further reading he appears to want to be a rapper. Some think this is a just a hoax. But after last night I think it's time to start taking Joaquin a little more seriously. This is one of the funniest/worst interviews I have ever seen. Try to watch the whole thing, without feeling sorry for the man. This could all be a made up or it could be the falling of a great talent.

Finally new Tarantino trailer for "Inglorious Bastards"

Quentin Tarantino has been making some of the coolest films for the past 20 years. Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill already have their place in popular culture forever. Tarantino always packs a great soundtrack that is later used in commercials and pop songs. This film will give you the violence and humor that made you love Tarantino in the first place. Brad Pitt stars in his newest release about men hunting Natzi's. The office's B.J. Novak and Eli Roth co-star in this August 21st release. Enjoy the trailer below.

Asher Roth - I Love College

Finally a song that describes what we are all going through. I mean college students. This song describes my past four years and I can't believe I am barely finding it. Listen to the lyrics and tell me if you haven't done this.

SONG OF THE WEEK: Peter Bjorn and John - Nothing To Worry About

Peter, Bjorn and John made some waves a few years back with "Young Folks." This new single called "Nothing To Worry About," has a sweet sound and video to go along with it. I thought the hair straightening was strange until I watched the entire video. Very cool and different. Check it out below.

Dave Chappelle at Def Poetry Jam.

I haven't seen Chappelle do anything since I was in high school. Chappelle had the funniest sketch comedy show in the history of television and only did 2 seasons. The show lives on forever as one of the most quoteable series on earth. From Rick James to the Black/White Supremacist. Dave Chappelle will forever be remembered as a comedic genious and troubled superstar. Upon wandering the internet all morning I discovered his appearance on Def Poetry Jam. Check out this great poem about Ashton Kutcher.

For more stand-up comedy head to The Laugh Track.

What Happened to Nicolas Cage?

Nicolas Cage had such a promising start. "Raising Arizona" still holds up as the funniest of all the Coen Brothers movies. "Leaving Las Vegas" gave this man an Oscar. "The Rock" was pretty bad ass for how ridiculous the plot was. Then Nicolas Cage realized that he can make 87 bad actions movies (Next, National Treasure) in a row as long as he throws in one dramatic perfomance (Adapation 'which was great') every 10 movies. I just don't ever want to see another movie starring this man again. Maybe all these shitty action movies are missing Sean Connery. Sorry to tell you Cage but Sean Connery retired from acting and won't be there to help you save Alcatraz from terrorists. Let's let the guys at Magichugs.com help further acknowledge the demise of the Cage man. Take it away.

Coldplay @ The Grammy's with a very special guest!

I've been a fan of Coldplay since "Parachutes" first came out 10 years ago and it's great to see just how far they've come. Check out this brilliant performance from last night's Grammy Awards. I personally think the Award show has taken a dive but that doesn't take away from the great performances put on last night. Here's Coldplay singing "Lost" with a very special guest and wrapping it all up with "Viva La Vida."

SONG OF THE WEEK: TV ON THE RADIO - "DANCING CHOOSE"

TV ON THE RADIO has the Best Album of the year according to Rolling Stone magazine, Entertainment Weekly and Spin. The whole album is worth giving a listen.
